This yearly campaign hosted by the WHO raises awareness on the harmful effects of tobacco use and is celebrated around the world every year on May 31st. This year’s theme is “Commit to Quit” and focuses on the measures to support the 780 million people around the world who want to quit smoking. The WHO lists 100 reasons to stop smoking:
